Click Here to download the WIA Membership form. To become a member of the WIA please print this form, fill it out completely with the requested information and bring it to the treasurer's office at the mosque along with the membership fee described in the form.

We are now in the process of establishing various committees at WAIO and we would like you to volunteer to serve on these committees. We are looking for individuals who have any particular skills and can serve on any of the following committees:

• Dawah and Welfare
• Education
• Social
• Publication
• Maintenance
• Finance and membership

In addition to this, we have the ad-hoc committee which include:

• Imam's Political Action
• Scholarship
• Calling Committee

We need several members to help out. Please print out the form , put your name and phone number as well as the committee you would like to serve on. This would be greatly appreciated.

The success of any organization is involvement at the grass-root level, and your participation and involvement will help improve the effectiveness of our organization.

We would also like to encourage all past members to renew membership for 2000 and those who are not members, to become members as soon as possible.
